GARLIC CHEESE POTATOES 
1 stick butter
6-8 med. potatoes
Garlic seasoning
Velveeta cheese
Salt & pepper

Wash potatoes and cut up in chunks with peels still on. Rinse once more. Put potatoes in corning ware dish and push to the outside of dish. Put a stick of butter in the middle of the dish. Very lightly sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper.

Cover and put in microwave for 5 minutes on high. Take out and stir well making sure all potatoes are buttered. Push to the sides of the dish again and cook on high for another 20-25 minutes. Turn bowl in microwave every so often to cook evenly. Cook until potatoes are soft. Cut up Velveeta and add a generous amount on top of potatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes and let cool before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
