APPLESAUCE YOGURT DELIGHT 
1 pkg. red jello (sugarfree for low calorie)
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. chilled unsweetened applesauce
Dash cinnamon
1/2 c. vanilla yogurt

Dissolve jello in water. Remove 1/4 cup and chill until slightly thick. Add applesauce and cinnamon to remaining jello and pour into dessert glasses (4). Chill until set.

Add yogurt to 1/4 cup chilled slightly thick jello. Spoon over cinnamon applesauce blend. Chill until set. Garnish with plain yogurt and mint leaf. Makes 4 (1/2-cup) servings.
