LAMB OR CHICKEN CURRY | |
2 lb. lamb chunks or slices (or chicken) 3 onions 4 garlic cloves, chopped 1-2 tbsp. curry powder 1/4 c. olive oil or butter 3-4 c. beef stock (broth) Salt & pepper to taste Fry meat until brown with garlic. Remove from pan and fry onions until brown. Combine meat and onion; add spices. Saute for 15 minutes. Add beef stock and mix. Continue to saute for 3/4 hour. Serve over curried rice. |
