OREO DESSERT 
1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 c. butter
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 c. sugar
1 lg. cream cheese

Crush Oreos, saving 1/4 cup. Melt butter and mix into crushed Oreos. Pack into 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate 1 hour. Cream sugar, cheese, and 1/2 of Cool Whip and pour over crust. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Mix pudding as directed, pour on top. Cool 1 hour. Top with rest of Cool Whip and top with Oreo crumbs.
