OREO COOKIE CAKE 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1 stick butter
28 Oreo cookies

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 (8 or 9 oz.) Cool Whip

THIRD LAYER:

1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

FOURTH LAYER:

Rest of Cool Whip

Crumble cookies; add melted butter. Spread and press in bottom of oblong pan. Refrigerate to cool. Cream Cool Whip, sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over cookie mixture. Beat pudding and milk until smooth and thick. Spread over second layer.

Spread remainder of Cool Whip over top of third layer. Refrigerate overnight or at least 3-4 hours before serving.
