CHILI 
1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
2 tbsp. flour
1 - 2 tbsp. chili powder
1 can beef broth
1 can tomato paste
3 cans red kidney beans
1 lg. green pepper

Finely slice the onion and green pepper. Heat the oil in a sauce pan and cook until softened. Remove from the pan, then add the ground turkey. Cook until brown, then stir in the flour and chili powder and cook for a few minutes. Gradually pour in the beef broth and stir in the tomato paste, then bring to a boil. Return the onion and pepper to the pan and reduce heat so the meat simmers. Cook, covered until the meat is very tender. In a deep pot add kidney beans with liquid, then transfer meat mixture to pot and cook 5 minutes uncovered. Serves 4 to 5.
