GARDEN VEGETABLE CHILI 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
2 med. onions, chopped
3 c. cooked tomatoes or 29 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
2 med. carrots, grated
1 lg. zucchini, grated
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. pepper

Brown meat in large pan in small amount of oil. Remove meat; set aside. Drain all but 1 tablespoon of drippings. Return to heat and saute prepared vegetables in drippings for several minutes. Return meat, add tomatoes, sauce and seasonings. Simmer about 2 hours. Serve over pasta, baked potatoes or crackers. Garnish with grated Cheddar cheese or sour cream.
