TUNA CROQUETTES 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, well drained
1 can chicken with rice soup, undiluted
1 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tbsp. flour
10 crackers, crushed

Mix all ingredients well. Put in refrigerator to thicken. When ready to cook, make into patties, roll in additional crumbs and fry in small amount of oil until golden brown.
