SAM'S PEPPER STEAK 
beef cubed steaks (family pack)
all-purpose flour (enough to coat)
1 yellow onion, diced
2 green bell peppers, cut into slivers
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans diced tomatoes
cooking oil (I use olive)

Heat oil on medium (enough to fry the meat). Coat cube steaks with flour and fry until fully cooked.

While that is cooking: Dice onion and cut green peppers into slivers... use as much as you like.

Drain oil (do not remove the cube steaks), leave a small amount of oil in skillet. Add onions and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sliced green peppers and cook an additional 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the onions and green peppers are fully cooked add both cans of diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve.
