MICHAEL'S SOFT AND JUICY RIB-EYE 
nice thick rib-eye steak
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1 or 2 tbsp. butter (your choice)
1 tsp. Season All (Morton)
Montreal steak seasoning (Grill Mates)
dash of garlic powder

Spray pan with oil or rub with butter (don't tenderize meat).

Heat pan to medium heat and let sit for just about 5 minutes while you season the meat with Season All, Montreal steak seasoning and garlic powder. Place the one or two tablespoons of butter into a cup and melt in microwave for 1 minute (remember to place napkin on cup otherwise big mess).

Take the seasoned meat and place in frying pan and start adding onions and mushrooms after 2 minutes on each side of the meat. Then pour the melted butter on the meat and vegetables, cover with a lid and cook for about 6 to 10 minutes on each side or until your liking.

Plate with mashed potatoes and brown gravy, corn or green beans for best flavor. Enjoy!
