CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM TOPPING 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Serve when cool over ice cream. For a variation, add 2 tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter after bringing to a boil.
