GOLDEN GLOW SALAD 
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. diced pineapple
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated carrots

NOTE: Canned pineapple and juice must be used.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add juice and salt. When slightly thickened, add pineapple, carrots, nuts and lemon juice. Turn into mold and chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce bed.
