GOLDEN GLOW SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jell
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. grated carrots
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add pineapple juice, salt and vinegar. Let stand until it starts to gel. Add pineapple, carrots and nuts. Place in refrigerator to chill.
