TACO LASAGNA 
10 flour tortillas
1-2 lb. hamburger
16 oz. can tomato chunks
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 egg
1 pkg. taco seasoning (1.25-2.5 oz.)

Topping: Lettuce, tomato, olives, green onions and Cheddar cheese.

Brown hamburger. Add taco seasoning and can of tomatoes. Heat. Take 6 shells and line 9 x 13 inch pan. Add meat and 4 remaining shells. Mix 2 cups cottage cheese, egg and Monterey cheese and spread over shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Add tomatoes. Garnish with guacamole, sour cream and hot sauce.

Note: When lining pan with tortillas let them cover the sides of the pan also.
