BARB'S CRESCENT COOKIES | |
1 c. butter 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. finely chopped pecans 2 c. flour 1 tbsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 325 degrees until pale brown, approximately 15 minutes. After cool, dust with powdered sugar. Note: When doubling recipe, use 1 cup finely ground nuts and 1 cup coarse nuts. Can substitute almonds, if desired. This cookie doesn't spread very much, so you can put them on the cookie tray very close together and bake quite a few at a time. |
