KIDNEY BEAN CASSEROLE 
Grease a 2 1/2 quart casserole with Pam and slice potatoes in the bottom. Add 1 can red kidney beans, 1 sliced onion, salt, and pepper. Lay patties of ground beef on the mixture and put 1 can of tomatoes on the very top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
