ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. orange gelatin
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 egg, beaten
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch or flour
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
Cheddar cheese, grated

Set gelatin until slightly firm. Add marshmallows and drained pineapple. Place in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 glass ware. Set until firm. Mix cornstarch and sugar. Mix egg and juice then combine all 4. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thick and just to boil. Let cool completely. Blend in Cool Whip. Layer onto gelatin. Sprinkle cheese on top.
