ALTAMONT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. browned hamburger (drain grease)
1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti
1/2 stick butter
1 onion, diced
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. can mushrooms

Combine all ingredients and cook 15-20 minutes.

SAUCE:

1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. half and half
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Melt butter; add flour. Cook out 5 minutes. Add milk and half and half. Add Velveeta until melted.
