BARBEQUE SAUCE 
1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. mustard
3/4 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water

Melt butter. Add onions and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook 10 to 15 minutes. Can be used as a marinade baste for grilling or poured over cut up pieces of cooked pork, turkey or chicken and baked at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
