LWV LETTUCE CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head lettuce, torn to bite size pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 head cauliflower, raw, bite size pieces
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, drained, crumbled
2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

In a very large bowl layer lettuce, onion, cauliflower and bacon. Mix together mayonnaise, sugar and cheese. Season to taste. Pour this dressing over salad, cover tightly. Refrigerate overnight. Toss before serving. Serves 8 to 12.
