PIZZA MACARONI | |
7 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni 1/2 c. milk 1 egg 1 lb. hamburger 2 tbsp. dried onion flakes 1 can tomato soup 1/4 tsp. oregano 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded Cook macaroni according to directions on package and drain. Mix milk with egg, then with macaroni. Spread in greased jelly roll pan or a 9 x 13 inch pan. Brown hamburger with onion flakes and then add tomato soup, sauces and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes and pour over macaroni. Sprinkle cheese on top, bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees; let set for 5 minutes before cutting. |
