MACARONI SHELL SALAD 
Herbed Dressing (below)
7 oz. uncooked macaroni shells (about 2 c.)
1 c. shredded pizza cheese
1/2 c. sliced pimento-stuffed olives
3 med. zucchini, chopped
Salad greens
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare Herbed Dressing. Cook macaroni. Toss macaroni, pizza cheese, olives and zucchini with dressing. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Serve on greens and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley if desired. 6 servings.

HERBED DRESSING:

1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Place ingredients in blender container. Cover; blend on medium speed until smooth, about 10 seconds.
