GARBANZO LOAF | |
1 c. cooked garbanzos 1 chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped green peppers, celery, or mushrooms 2 eggs 1/2 c. tomato soup 1 tsp. Accent 1/2 tsp. salt Mash garbanzos and combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (Milk may be used in place of tomato soup, if desired.) |
