GARBANZO SPREAD 
1 can garbanzo beans
5 green onions, finely chopped
1/8 c. chopped parsley
2-3 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 can chopped olives
Mayonnaise to moisten
Salt & lemon to taste

Drain garbanzo beans; blend them up in the blender or food processor. Add lemon, mayonnaise, onions, garlic, olives and parsley. Blend. Add more mayonnaise to hold together if necessary. Use on crackers or as an open face sandwich with sprouts and cheese.
