GERMAN VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can French style green beans
1 can sm. peas
1 can whole corn
1 c. diced green and red pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped red onion

DRESSING:

3/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Drain all canned vegetables. Mix together.

Mix dressing ingredients together, keep in covered bowl in refrigerator until ready to use. Toss with above.

Note: May use frozen vegetables, thawed, blanched.

Note: No mayonnaise or sour cream.
