FRESH VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 c. broccoli florets
2 c. cauliflowerets
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. grated carrots
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled or Bac*Os

Toss vegetables in salad bowl. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and Parmesan cheese. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with bacon or Bac*Os just before serving.

Makes 8 servings.
