STRAWBERRY BREAD WITH SPREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. red food coloring

Reserve 1/2 cup strawberry juice for spread. Mix all dry ingredients together. Make hole in center of mixture. Pour strawberries, oil an eggs into the hole. Mix by hand until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Add food coloring. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool thoroughly.

SPREAD:

1/2 c. strawberry juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Place the 1/2 cup strawberry juice and cream cheese in blender container. Process until spreading consistency. Spread on cooled bread and make sandwiches. Yield: approximately 30 sandwiches.
