ZESTY HAM AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water
2 c. diced ham
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced & drained
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of above ingredients and pour into greased casserole dish. Bake tightly covered for 1 hour or until tender. Yield: serves 6 to 8.
