BUTTERMILK PIES 
3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. flour
6 eggs
1 c. buttermilk

Cream butter, sugar and flour; add eggs, one at a time. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until firm. This makes two pies.
