1/3 c butter
3 eggs
1 3/4 c sugar
1 c buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 T flour

Use 9 in pie plate;

Bake crust at 350°F until it just begins to brown. Cool. Cream butter & sugar well; Add flour and eggs and beat well. Stir in buttermilk, vanilla, and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350°F at least 45 minutes.
