RHUBARB CRISP 
4 c. sliced fresh rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick melted butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together first four ingredients and add red food color if desired. Then spread in a 9x13 pan. Next, mix the rest of the ingredients and spread on the first layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
