1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter plus 2 tbsp.
4 eggs
2/3 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 lg. can pumpkin
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

First Layer: Remove 1 cup mix from yellow cake mix and set aside. To remaining mix add 1 beaten egg and 1/2 cup melted butter; pat mixture into greased and floured 9x13 pan.

Filling: Beat 3 eggs, milk, sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and pumpkin. Mix together and pour over first layer in pan.

Topping: Mix reserved 1 cup cake mix, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons melted butter, and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Mix with fork and sprinkle over filling.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes. Serve plain or great with whipped topping.
