CHILI SAUCE 
12 tomatoes, peeled
4 onions
4 apples, peeled
1 red pepper
2 green peppers
3 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
Very hot peppers to taste

Place tomatoes in very large saucepan. Grind, chop, or blend the onions, apples, and peppers. Place in saucepan with tomatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; turn down heat but continue to boil until thick, about 3 hours. Place in sterlized jars and continue with regular canning procedures.
