1 can beets, diced
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 c. pineapple tidbits
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pineapple juice

Drain beets and add all ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
