MINESTRONE SOUP 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
3 1/2 c. tomato sauce
6 c. water
5 c. frozen minced vegetables
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
8 oz. tubettini, uncooked

Saute onion and garlic in oil in a 4 quart saucepan until tender but not brown. Add tomato sauce, water, frozen vegetables, parsley, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling. Stir in uncooked macaroni; boil 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
