FRIED MACARONI | |
1 cup elbow noodles 1 large onion, chopped 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, divided salt and pepper, to taste Cook noodles according to directions and drain. Melt 1/4 stick butter in fry pan, medium heat. Add noodles and chopped onion. Fry to crisp golden brown, do not mix or turn. Add remaining 1/4 stick of butter and turn noodles over. Fry to crisp golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste. I substitute rice or potatoes with this and by no means is it healthy, but it is so good! Submitted by: Shawn Brown |
