BANANA PUDDING 
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 box vanilla wafers
1 c. sour cream
4-5 ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla

Make pudding to directions on box using 3 cups of milk. When mixture thickens fold in Cool Whip and sour cream. In a 9 x 13 Pyrex casserole dish, layer vanilla wafers, mixture, sliced bananas. This will make approximately 2 layers.

MERINGUE:

Beat 6 egg whites. When stiff gradually beating 6 teaspoons sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cover bananas pudding with meringue. Place under broiler until lightly brown.
