SAUERKRAUT BALLS 
1 lb. sausage, crumbled
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained and snipped
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. flour
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs

In skillet, cook sausage and onion until meat is done, drain. Add sauerkraut and bread crumbs. Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard. Stir into sauerkraut mixture. Chill. Shape into small balls and coat with flour. Add milk to beaten eggs. Dip balls into egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs. Fry in deep oil to brown. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Place sausage balls on cookie sheet in single layer. Hot sausage may be used to make sausage balls more spicy.
