SAUERKRAUT BALLS 
1 lb. sausage, hot or reg.
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
4 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Fry sausage and onions until meat is browned. Add cream cheese, sauerkraut, bread crumbs, parsley, mustard, garlic salt and pepper. Cool. Roll into bite size balls. Roll balls in flour. Beat eggs and milk in bread crumbs. Deep fry; can be frozen and baked later.
