SALMON PATTIES 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can salmon
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. chopped onion

Drain salmon and flake. Add cracker crumbs, egg, onion and milk and stir well. Form into patties approximately 3 to 4 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and lightly crispy. Drain on paper towels.
