STUFFED CABBAGE 
1/2 c. rice
1 1/2 lbs. ground hamburger
1 head cabbage
Garlic salt
Pepper to taste
Onion powder
2 eggs
Tomato sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
Stewed canned tomatoes

Cook rice, strain, cool, rinse in cold water. Remove core; steam cabbage. Set aside; leave in hot water. Mix meat with rice and other ingredients except tomatoes, tomato sauce, and sugar.

Divide meat by twelve; roll meat in cabbage leaves. Tuck sides, place in Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients; simmer on low heat around 2 hours.
