FROZEN PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple (well drained)
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 bananas, sliced

Mix sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Pour into any mold or molds. May use cupcake paper lined muffin tin. Freeze until firm. (Fills 10 muffin tins.)

For two 10 cup molds 5x recipe and extra bananas.

Double for 12 cup ring mold plus extra bananas. Double for smaller ring mold.
