MAPLE CREAMS 
2 1/3 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/3 c. butter
4 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
1/2 c. nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Mix in milk. Add flavoring and nuts; chill overnight.

Powder hands with powdered sugar and make balls of the mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Cover with wax paper and refrigerate again.

In double boiler, melt bout 3 tablespoons of paraffin. Add 2 cups Nestle's chocolate chips and let melt. Dip each ball into chocolate. Put on waxed paper lined cookie sheet and chill. (I always double this recipe.)
