ITALIAN MEAT PIE 
1 lb. can ground beef
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. water
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 1/2 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 Pet pie crust
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown beef; drain and add pepper and cook 2 minutes. Stir in water, tomato paste and sauce mix. Cover; simmer 10 minutes.

Sprinkle 1/2 Parmesan cheese over bottom shell. Spread 1/2 meat mixture in pie shell. Sprinkle 1 cup Mozzarella cheese over meat. Layer remaining meat and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees on cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts. Serves 6.
