BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 level tbsp. butterscotch dessert
1 1/2 pkgs. shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend dessert, with 3 tablespoons cold water. Add 1/4 can of the milk and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool. Stir in the remaining milk, and other ingredients. Blend well. Drop by teaspoon on buttered cookie sheet and bake 12 minutes in a moderate oven, 350 degrees. Keeps in tin.
