BUTTERSCOTCH DESSERT | |
1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. crushed pecans 1ST LAYER: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip 2ND LAYER: 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. butterscotch instant pudding 3 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla Mix ingredients for crust and press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and cool. Mix first layer ingredients and spread over crust. Mix second layer ingredients and spread over first layer. Cover with Cool Whip and crushed pecans. Refrigerate. |
