2 cans pineapple (20 oz.), undrained
2 pkgs. (3 1/2 oz.) instant French vanilla pudding
2 c. Cool Whip
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 c. coconut (opt.)

Mix pineapple and pudding until dissolved. Add whipped cream and marshmallows. Stir until mixed. May also add 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Chill.
