PIGS IN BLANKET 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
Salt
Pepper
Tomato soup with equal water
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Lg. cabbage leaves
2 eggs (beaten)
2/3 c. rice (uncooked)
Garlic
Onion
Parsley
1 tsp. sugar

1. Season hamburger with salt and pepper. Add egg and rice, mix well.

2. Combine tomato soup, water, parsley, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt and pepper. Cook 10 minutes.

3. Put cabbage leaves in hot water until limp. Put 2 tablespoons meat mixture in each leaf, roll and with toothpick.

4. Place in saucepan and pour sauce over. Cover pan and cook slow for 3 hours. 8-12 servings.
