GOLDEN CORN CASSEROLE | |
1/2 lb. process cheese, cubed 1/2 c. milk 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed 1/8 tsp. pepper Combine process cheese and milk in saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into 10"x6" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. 8 servings. |
