DANISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/4 c. flour
1 sm. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Combine beef, pork, flour, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. In heavy skillet melt enough butter to coat bottom. Drop meat mixture by scant 1/4 cup into butter. Fry until well browned occasionally shaking pan and turning carefully. Makes 16 meatballs (irregularly shaped).
